Steve Mara Appreciates the Papua Police Chief, Inspector General of Police Mathius Fakhiri and asks young Papuans to prepare themselves to take part in the recruitment of 2000 members of the National Police

Thelandofpapua.com – Papua Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Mathius Fakhiri said the National Police will recruit 2000 young Papuans to become part of the Indonesian National Police in 2024.

The recruitment of 2000 prospective National Police members will then be placed throughout the Papua Regional Police jurisdiction, divided into 4 provinces.

In response to this, Steve Mara, a young Indonesian policy analyst from Papua, expressed his high appreciation to the Republic of Indonesia Police through the Papua Regional Police, which has adopted a policy for the recruitment of 2000 young Papuans.

This recruitment will be very meaningful for the young generation of Papua who are currently looking for work and will graduate from high school in 2024.

Steve Mara also appealed to young people in Papua to make the most of this opportunity by preparing themselves, studying and exercising, and maintaining good health.

We greatly appreciate the Papua Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Mathius Fakhiri, who made many breakthroughs during his time as Papua Police Chief. He has recruited thousands of young Papuans to join the National Police several times. He has also provided a special quota for native Papuan police officers who wish to continue their studies to become officers.

“This really helps Papuans, especially in improving the family economy, raising the dignity of Papuans, and showing the development of Papuan human resources,” said Steve Mara.

Steve also hopes that the selection process can be carried out openly, adjusted to the standards of the National Police and allow Papuan young people to compete with the scores from their test results so that the members of the National Police who are accepted will be able to carry out their duties well and protect the entire Indonesian community.
